当前河南城乡市场流通体系仍然不健全,现代流通方式发展有待深化,流通企业规模普遍偏小,农村流通基础设施严重不足,流通市场环境整体欠佳。因此,在加快中原经济区建设中应着力健全和完善城乡市场流通体系,加强城乡市场流通服务体系建设和城乡流通基础设施建设,大力发展城乡现代流通方式,积极培育城乡市场流通主体,进一步改善流通市场环境,规范流通秩序,切实把流通效率提上去、中间成本降下来,真正让生产者和消费者都得到好处。
