摘要 原发性三叉神经痛（idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia,ITN）是疼痛科的一种常见病,其病因目前尚不明确,随着国内外学者研究的开展,多数学者认为微血管压迫三叉神经是ITN的主要病因。由于桥小脑角区内神经与血管的解剖关系复杂,
