摘要
通过探讨作为中国电力企业主体的煤电企业的生态环境补偿的原因和特点,将煤电企业的生态环境补偿成本分为环境支出补偿成本、环境破坏补偿成本、水资源消耗补偿成本三项,对各项生态环境补偿成本性态进行了说明,并提出了成本计算建议。
By exploring the causes and characteristics of ecological environment compensation of the coal coal- fired power plants as the main body of the Chinese power enterprises, the compensation cost of the ecological environment of the coal- fired power plants is divided into compensation costs of environmental expenditures, environmental damage compensation costs,water consumption compensation cost. The ecological environment compensation costs state descriotion and cost proposals are discussed.
