With the peculiar background such as price rising in the sources of energy,raw material and labour force,RMB appreciation,international financial crisis and so on,many enterprises get into stopping production, partly -stopping production or closing down in Zhejiang area.The problems are fully exposed. For example, the innovative capacity of Zhejiang regional economy is insufficient, the innovative mechanism of regional cooperation is unsound and the regional innovative system is weak.
