摘要
蓄电池的生产过程需要进行多次充电和放电 ,研究了一种区别于传统的可控硅逆变至电网方式的新型放电能量利用系统。该系统由整流供电、直流母线、电子负载、高频开关变换方式的充电 /放电设备和中央控制计算机组成 ,使放电的能量在系统内部有效用于充电 ,解决了传统方式逆变失控保护困难及对电网的污染问题。分析了系统的结构、关键技术及系统的工作原理 ,并通过对比计算了采用该系统的能量利用效果。
Rechargeable batteries should be charged and discharged for many times during production.A new discharging energy retrieval system was discussed.It is different from traditional mode which reversed and transferred energy to power network by the silicon controlled rectifier reverse(SCR).The system consists of DC power supply,DC bus,electric load,charge/discharge equipment based on high frequency switching converter and center controlled computer.The discharge energy can be used efficiently within the system.It can solve the problems mainly in the difficulty of reverse protection and pollution to power network caused by the traditional mode.Structure,key technology and working principle of the new system were evaluated and the effect of adopting the new system on energy retrieval was calculated by means of the comparison with traditional mode.The new system has been proved to be advanced and practical in application according to the site operation.
