摘要
通过对电能量采集及计费自动化系统的主站、采集终端、电能表 3个部分的特点进行分析 ,针对现有设备存在的不足 ,提出建设电能量采集及计费自动化系统对各部分应当具备功能的要求 ,以及设备制造厂商要在其产品中应当进行的改进 ,文章最后给出了一个典型的电能量采集系统的结构图。
This paper reviews the characteristics of energy acquisition and billing automatic system (EABAS) from its threecomponents of master station, remote terminal units and power meter. The shortcomings of measuring and acquiringequipment in EABAS are analyzed. Some functions of those to be considered further for building EABAS are proposed. It alsogives some suggestions about the improvements that should be solved by the manufacturers. The typical structure of EABASis given at the end of the paper.
