摘要
针对目前城网和农网（以下简称两网）改造过程中还贷所存在的问题，采用因素－因果分析法分析了影响还贷的各个因素（如经济效益评价指标、还贷资金来源等），讨论了还贷的风险性，同时提出了合理还贷方案的建议。
Aimed existing repayment in the current urban & rural network retrofits, it's analyzed that effect loan repaying by factor-causation analysis method. This paper discusses the risk of loan repaying and presents reasonable proposals on loan repaying program.
