Study on Characteristic of Temperature and Humidity in Sport Shoes

摘要 为了解运动中运动鞋内的温度和湿度舒适性,采用6通道温、湿度测量系统对25名运动员穿3款运动鞋跑步时的鞋内脚前掌、足弓和足跟等3部位的温、湿度进行实时测量,并结合受试者主观问卷调查。结果发现:运动鞋内温度随运动时间增长呈上升趋势,跑步速度越快,前掌温度越高;运动鞋内相对湿度随运动时间增长呈下降趋势。运动结束后,足弓部的温度迅速升高,鞋内各部位湿度快速增长;穿不同运动鞋运动时鞋内温度和湿度变化有明显差异性,穿透气性和排湿性好的运动鞋运动时鞋内相对湿度可明显降低,穿透气性能较差的鞋则相对湿度不降反升,感觉不舒适。 The purpose of this study is to find the comfort of sports shoes by measuring the temperature and relative humidity of three parts of sports footwear through the jogging process for 25 athletes using real-time measurement system. After running each subject answered the subjective comfort questionnaire. Results:with the running time, the curves of temperature on three parts inside shoes increase and the curves of relative humidity on three parts inside shoes dropped. The faster athlete run, the higher was the temperature of front foot. The temperature of arch and the humidity of three parts of foot increased rapidly after running. By measurement and comparison of temperature variation and relative humidity variation in the forefoot, arch and heel inside shoes, we can know the air flow characteristic by temperature of sport shoes, and the vapor permeability characteristic by humidity of sport shoes. The lower temperature and humidity in good sport shoes can provide comfort for athlete during running.
