右美托咪定对子宫切除术后舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛效果的影响 被引量：5

摘要 舒芬太尼是一种特异性滋-受体激动剂,与芬太尼相比不仅镇痛效价大,作用持续时间长,且在组织中无明显蓄积现象,故临床上常用于术后镇痛.但阿片类药物所致的恶心、呕吐等不良反应依然较为明显,且与剂量线性相关[1].甚至有些患者因无法耐受不良反应而中止使用舒芬太尼.右美托咪定（Dexmedetomidine,DEX）是一种高选择性的琢2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,该药具有镇静、抗焦虑和镇痛作用,在术中应用可大大减少阿片类药物的用量[2].本研究旨在评价舒芬太尼联合不同剂量DEX对子宫切除术患者术后镇痛效果的影响.
