摘要 对采用下摇枕结构转向架的车辆进行了线性和非线性稳定性分析后得出如下结论:车辆失稳模态为构架与轮对同频同相振动的转向架蛇行模态,随着车轮踏面磨耗,车辆横向稳定性降低;当一系水平刚度减小时,轮对蛇行模态的自然阻尼减小;当牵引杆纵向刚度降低时,构架横向振动模态自然阻尼减小,横向稳定性降低。轮对水平定位刚度和旁承摩擦因数以及牵引杆纵向刚度对下摇枕结构车辆横向稳定性具有显著影响,三者中任一参数的变化都会影响到整车横向稳定性。 The linear and non-linear stability ana-lysis is made for vehicles with bogies of lower bolster structure,and the conclusion is obtained as follows:The modal conditions of instability of vehicles is the hunting modal conditions of bogies where the frame and wheelset have the vibration of the same frequency and phase,along with the wear of the wheel tread,the lateral stability of vehicles will decrease;When the primary horizontal stiffness decreases,the natural damping of hunting modal conditions of wheelsets will decrease.When the longitudinal stiffness of the traction rod decreases,the natural damping of the lateral vibration modal conditions of the frames will decrease and the lateral stability will decrease.The horizontal positioning stiffness of wheelsets and the friction factor of side bearings as well as the longitudinal stiffness of the traction rod have obvious effect on the lateral stability of vehicles with lower bolster structure,and change of any of the three parameters will affect the lateral stability of the whole car.
