萎胃消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变30例总结

Therapeutic efficacy of Weiweixiao on precancerous lesion in 30 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:观察萎胃消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例予萎胃消颗粒治疗,对照组30例予维酶素治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为55.67%,两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后各症状积分比较亦有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);胃镜和病理改变:总有效率治疗组为70%,对照组为33.33%,两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组治疗前后胃粘膜炎症、萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),组间比较,P<0.05。结论:萎胃消具有良好的胃癌前病变逆转治疗效应。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Weiweixiao on precancerous lesion in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods： Weiweixiao granules were given in a treatment group（n=30）,while vitacoenzyme was given in a control group（n=30）.Results： The total effective rates were 90.00% in the treatment group and 55.67% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The treatment group showed a significant difference between the symptom scores before and after treatment（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.As shown by gastroscopy and pathological examination,the total effective rates were 70.00% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Either group showed a significant difference between the scores on inflammation,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,and dysplasia of gastric mucosa before and after treatment（P〈0.01）,and a significant difference was also found between the two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion： Weiweixiao has good reversal effect on precancerous lesion of the stomach.
