摘要
目的:探讨薯蓣丸抗疲劳作用机制以及IL-6与疲劳的相关性。方法:SD雄性大鼠36只,随机分为空白组、模型组、薯蓣丸组,各12只。采取强制冷水游泳造模,薯蓣丸组进行喂食薯蓣丸配方颗粒溶液,模型组亦相应增加饮水量。模型组与薯蓣丸组均继续强制冷水游泳21天。实验第28天各组均进行力竭游泳,测定力竭时间与IL-6。结果:薯蓣丸组游泳力竭时间较模型组及空白组明显延长;薯蓣丸组与模型组IL-6均显著低于空白组。结论:大鼠疲劳状态下IL-6水平有所降低,薯蓣丸有一定抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of the anti-fatigue effect of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pills and the association between interleukin-6(IL-6) and fatigue.Methods: Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group(n=12),model group(n=12),and Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pill group(n=12).A rat model was established by forcing rats to swim in cold water.A formula granule solution of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pills was given in the Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pill group,and the amount of water for drinking was increased accordingly in the model group.The rats in both model group and Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pill group were forced to swim in cold water for another 21 days.The rats in all groups underwent exhaustive swimming on the 28th day of experiment.The time to exhaustion and IL-6 level were measured.Results: The Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pill group showed significantly longer time to exhaustion than the model group and blank group,and the Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pill group and model group showed significantly lower IL-6 level than the blank group.Conclusion: Dioscorea opposita Thunb.pills can decrease IL-6 level in rats with fatigue and have anti-fatigue effect.
