摘要
根据实际工作中SF6气体微水测量特点,研制出SF6气体微水在线监测仪,介绍在线气体微水检测仪的软、硬件设计,现场安装、使用情况。该装置投入实际应用后,提高了工作效率,降低了设备检修成本。
This work developed an on-line SF6 micro-water monitoring instrument based on the actual work characteris- tics. And it described the hardware, the software design, installation and usage of the device. The efficiency is improved and the equipment maintenance costs is reduced by the on-line device.
