Laboratory Evaluation of Performances of Novel Anti-Freezing Seal for Pavement

为了对一种新型路用抑制结冰封层性能进行室内评价,建立了一系列评价方法。结果表明该封层可在一定程度上抑制结冰,且可在界面处形成低冰点溶液,从而降低冰层与界面的粘结强度,使除冰破冰更容易,是一种有效的抑制结冰产品;该系列评价方法可为同类产品的发展提供参考。

In this paper, a series of evaluation methods were established, through which the properties of a novel anti -freezing seal for pavement were studied in laboratory. The research results showed that this seal could inhibit icing to some extent, and reduce the binding strength between ice and itself by forming a kind of solution with low freezing point to make it mueh easier to break and remove the ice layer. It was proved to be an effective anti -freezing product. The test methods mentioned in this paper could provide references for the development of similar products.
