摘要
国内虚拟参考咨询服务仍以非实时咨询为主,实时咨询需求量少,实时咨询软件的使用比较滞后,服务水平偏低。实时咨询服务应以用户需求为导向,进行合理定位,同时还应紧跟信息技术的发展步伐,及时调整策略与手段,促进实时咨询服务的健康、稳步发展。
The virtual reference service in China is still give priority to the non-real-time reference service, the demand of real-time reference is less, and the use of real-time reference software lags behind, and the service level is lower. The real-time reference service should be reasonably positioned based on user demands, while keep on with the development pace of information technology, adjust timely the strategies and means, and promote the healthy and stable development of the real-time reference service.
