浅谈面向企业的地方高校图书馆信息服务

Talking about Local University Library's Information Services for Enterprises

一些地方高校已经开展了对企业的信息服务,在此过程中存在或多或少的细节问题影响着信息服务的质量。针对出现的问题,提出了完善信息服务方式的若干措施,包括加强与企业的沟通、开通对企业服务的绿色通道、在采集文献资源时注意平衡企业读者的需求、主动开展推送服务、开通图书馆资源的校外访问、制定与企业读者相关的规定等,并讨论了如何丰富高校对企业信息服务的内容,真正实现"校企合作"的问题。

Some local universities have carried out information services for enterprises. In this process there are more or less the small detailed problems that affect the quality of information services. In the light of these problems, this paper puts forward several measures for improving the modes of information services such as enhancing the communication with enterprises, opening a green channel for serving enterprises, taking attention to the balance of enterprise readers＇ demands in collecting literature resources, developing actively the push services ,opening the off-campus access to resources of library, and formulating norms related to enterprise readers, etc., and discusses how university to enrich the contents of information services for enterprises and realize truly university-enterprise cooperation.
