摘要
分析了高校图书馆参考咨询自动问答体系的研究背景,认为引入自动问答体系可以实现图书馆对用户服务的主动性和规范性并体现了参考咨询服务的专业性和人性化,基于此,简述了问答式检索体系的组成及其原理,介绍了体系建设中应注意的几个问题。
This paper analyzes the research background of the automatic QA system for university library's reference service, holds that introducing the automatic QA system can realize the initiative and normativeness of library' s user service and reflects the specialization and humanization of reference service, and based on this, expounds the components and basic principles of QA retrieval system, and introduces several problems needing attention in the construction of this system.
