基于文化适应的高校图书馆新生入馆教育研究

Study on University Library's Cultural Adaptation Based Library Entry Education for Freshmen

新生入馆教育对于大学新生尽早了解和熟悉图书馆、充分利用图书馆资源、迅速适应高校特定的文化与学习环境起着重要的作用。从文化适应的视角来审视高校图书馆新生入馆教育工作,在已有文化适应理论的基础上,结合本馆入馆教育工作的实际,分析了新生入馆教育的意义,阐述了新生入馆教育的内容体系和方式,指出了新生入馆教育过程中应注意的问题。

Library entry education for freshmen plays a very important role in helping freshmen familiarize themselves with the library as soon as possible, making full use of library＇ s resources and rapidly adapting to the specific cultural and learning environment in university. This paper, from the perspective of cultural adaptation, inspects university library＇s library entry education for freshmen, and based on the existing theory of cultural adaptation, and connecting with the reality of library entry education of the library of Xiangfan University, analyzes the significance of the library entry education for freshmen, expounds the content system and mode of the library entry education for freshmen, and points out some problems needing attention in the course of the library entry education for freshmen.
