摘要
用三弧Czochralski法和真空电弧熔炼法制备了Ce2 Co17-xGax 化合物。研究了化合物的结构与内禀磁性。重点讨论了退火温度对Ce2 Co17晶体结构的影响 ,以及Ga原子在Co次晶格 4个不同晶位择优占位与Co次晶格磁晶各向异性的关系。
Single crystal of Ce 2Co 17 and Ce 2Co 17-x Ga x compounds with Ga concentration up to x=5 were prepared by three-arc Czochralski and vacuum arc melting,respectively.The structure and magnetic properties of these compounds were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.The influence of different annealing temperatures on the crystal structure of Ce 2Co 17 compound was clarified.Special attention was paid to the relationship between the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of the Co-sublattice and the preferred site occupation of Ga atoms over the four available crystallographic sites on the Co-sublattice.
