摘要
报道了含稀土量少的掺Ca、V、In、Mn的钇钆复合石榴石的制备。探讨了替代材料中铁位上锰的掺入对材料特性的影响。结果表明 :锰掺入后的材料具有YIG相同的结构 ,并具有良好的旋磁性质。该材料适用于制备磁隔离器。
The preparation of Ca, V, In,Mn doped composite yttrium-iron garnet with less rare-erath metal than YGdIG was reported in this paper.The influence of Mn 2+ dopant,which replaced partly Fe 3+ in the structure,on the properties of the material was tested,The results showed that Mn 2+ doped composite garnet had the same structure as YIG and possessed high gyramagnetic feature.The material can be used to manufacture magnetic isolators.
