摘要
研究了CaTiO3 掺杂对SrTiO3 电容 -压敏陶瓷材料微观结构和电性能的作用。XRD和IR分析结果表明过量Ca2 +掺杂使得晶格结构的对称性和分子规整度降低。电性能测试表明Ca2 + 掺杂利于降低烧结后的表观电阻率 ,压敏电压和表观介电常数随CaTiO3 含量的增大分别表现出最小、最大值。
The effect of CaTiO 3 doping on the microstructure and electrical properties of SrTiO 3 double function ceramics was studied.XRD and IR results show that lattice structure integrity decreases through CaTiO 3 doping.The electrical properties show the apparent resistivity before heat treatment decreases slightly while the varistor voltage and apparent dielectric constant show a maximum and a minimum value with an inxrease of CaTiO 3 addition.
