摘要
研究了溶胶凝胶工艺在NiTi基体表面复合PbTiO3 压电陶瓷薄膜的过程 ,并从热处理温度分别对陶瓷相和合金基体的影响出发 ,讨论了复合膜的最佳热处理工艺。此外 ,还对水热法和溶胶凝胶法合成的陶瓷薄膜表面形貌进行了分析比较。
A layer of PbTiO 3 ferroelectric ceramic thin film was prepared on NiTi substrate by sol-gel method. Moreover,the best heat treatment conditions for PbTiO 3/NiTi composite were discussed by studying on the effects of temperature on structures of ceramic and substrate.In addition,the surface morpholoyg of PbTiO 3 thin films prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and sol-gel method were analyzed,respectively.
