摘要
本文报道了Ag -MgF2 金属陶瓷体的烧结条件与微观结构之间的关系。X射线衍射分析表明 ,当真空烧结炉中有氧气氛存在时 ( 3 0Pa的低真空 ) ,如烧结温度T≥ 60 0℃ ,Ag -MgF2 体系将转变为Ag -MgF2 -MgO ;当烧结温度达到 12 5 0℃时Ag -MgF2 体系转变成为Ag -MgO。在高真空中 ( <10 -3Pa)烧结时 ,Ag -MgF2 体系将保持不变。烧结后的Ag -MgF2金属陶瓷体的空隙率 ,在 3 0 %~ 5 5 % (质量分数 )Ag范围内出现极大值。
The relationship between the sintering conditions and the microstructure of Ag-MgF 2 cermet for film preparation was studied.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that Ag-MgF 2 could convert into Ag-MgF 2-MgO or Ag-MgO when oxygen exists in sintering furnace (30Pa) and sintering temperature is higher than 600℃,and that Ag-MgF 2 could keep unchangeable when the sintering is carried out at high vacuum (<10 -3 Pa).The void volume fraction of sintered Ag-MgF 2 cermet exhibits a maximum within the range of 30wt%~55wt% Ag.
