摘要
利用热重量分析法研究了稀土 /MoSi2 和SiC/MoSi2两种复合材料的低温氧化行为。实验结果未发现“PEST”现象 ;但稀土和SiC的加入增加了MoSi2 的低温氧化程度。认为氧化时质量增重与时间是非线性的 ;氧化程度与氧化层中相的组成和晶体结构有密切关系 ;并提出了其氧化过程模型。
The process of RE/MoSi 2 and SiC/MoSi 2 oxidized at low-temperature have been investigated by TGA.The “PEST” wasn't found in the experiment.But it was more serious that the MoSi 2-based composites added the rare-earth element and SiC were oxidized at the condition.And the mass weight change of oxidation was nonlinear with time.The degree of oxidation was closely connected with the phase in the oxidized film and the crystal defect in the base.In this paper,the model of oxidation of the RE/MoSi 2 and SiC/MoSi 2 composites at low temperature was pointed out too.
