摘要
合成了镝配合物Dy(AcA) 3 phen ,作为电子传输及发光层 ,空穴传输层为聚乙烯基咔唑 (PVK) ,制成了双层结构的白光发射器件。
Dy-complex with a structure of Dy(AcA) 3phen was synthesized and used as emission material in OEL devices in which a white light emission was observed.The white emission is consisted of yellow and blue emission bands originated from Dy(Ⅲ) ion in the complex emitter.
