摘要 目的:了解农村小学四年级学生预防性侵犯知识和技能状况。方法:采用自填式问卷方法,在河南某农村地区8所小学对388名四年级学生进行了问卷调查。结果:在被调查的小学生中,53.1%的学生知道陌生人的概念;21.4%的学生知道喜欢的人也有可能以让人感觉不好的方式接触儿童的身体;如果被喜爱的人触摸了隐私部位,表示能告诉另一个信任的成年人的只有13.4%。若被人试图触摸隐私部位,认为有可以告诉的家庭外其他成年人的只有9.0%。结论和建议:农村小学四年级学生缺少基本的预防儿童性侵犯知识和技能,应重视农村地区小学预防性侵犯教育。 Objectives: To investigate the knowledge and skills for prevention against child sexual abuse (CSA) in grade four pupils in a rural area. Method: Three hundred and eighty -eight grade four pupils from eight elementary schools in a rural area of Henan province were surveyed by self-administered questionnaires. Results: About 53.1% of the 388 pupils knew what strangers meant; 21.4% knew that even someone they liked could touch them in a way that felt bad; 13.4% said that they could tell an adult they trusted if someone they liked touched their private parts ; only 9% of the pupils would tell an adult outside his family if someone attempted to touch their private parts. Conclusion and suggestion: The pupils in the rural area lacked basic CSA prevention knowl- edge and skills. School based CSA prevention education should be strenghened in the rural areas.
