关节软骨表层组织的免疫防护作用

THE DEFENSIVE FUNCTION OF ARTICULAR CARTILAGE SURFACE LAYER IN IMMUNITY

文中的实验采用免疫荧光组织学方法观察到正常的关节软骨表层组织可阻止抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体侵入软骨深部组织,防止抗体与软骨细胞结合,具有免疫防护作用。

The defensive function of articular cartilage surface layer in immunity was observed in thisexperiment by indirect immunofluorescence technique. The result demonstrated that though the surfacelayer could be stained with the antibody to type II collagen, the antibody (IgG) could not penetratethis layer into deeper zone of cartilage. When the surface layer was damaged, the antibody couldstain the chondrocytes with strong fluorescence about the cells, suggesting that the antibodyconcentrated on the collagen surrounding the chondrocytes.
