The newest concept to design machine is how to provide the effective energy control system for stamping production line in order to save the electricity charge for the user and reduce the cost aiming at the status that the automobile industry develops at high speed and big amount of electricity consumption in stamping production line is wasted. Based on this, this paper introduces how to select the type of configuration facility used in the press, which is designed and produced by our company, equipped with energy feedback/storage type frequency converter and how to carry out control of energy effectively.
