不同训练水平大白鼠安静时和不同负荷状态血清肌红蛋白水平的研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH IN THE SERUM MYOGLOBIN OF RATS BOTH AT REST AND UNDER DIFFERENT LOAD AT DIFFERENT TRAINING LEVELS

摘要 本研究表明,安静时训练组大白鼠(每天游泳30分钟,连续45天)与对照组大白鼠血清肌红蛋白水平无显著性差异。两组大白鼠30分钟游泳后,血清肌红蛋白无显著性增加;力竭运动后,血清肌红蛋白均呈显著性增加。以皮质醇为对比指标研究表明,血清肌红蛋白是体力耗竭敏感的特征性指标。 Fourty-eight Wistar rats were divided at random into three trained groups and three controlgroups, each consisting of eight rats, 4 females and 4 males. Those in the trained groups swam 30minutes per day, 45 days continuously without break. Then the levels of the serum myoglobin weredetermined for the rats in both the trained and the control groups at rest and under different load.Results showed that, at rest, there was no significant difference in the serum myoglobin between thetrained groups and the control groups after 30-minute swimming, there was no significant increase in serum myoglobin between the trained groups and the control groups either, but after exhaustiveswimming, there was a significant increase in the serum myoglobin between the trained groups and thecontrol groups. Through research made with cortisol as a contrasting indicator, it has now been proved thatserum myoglobin is the sensitive and specific indicator of physical exhaustion.
