The Successful Experiences and Enlightenment of Modern Folk Painting at Tonggu Village of Kaili

铜鼓村因民间绘画蜚声海内外,被文化部命名为"中国现代民间绘画之乡",专家们称之为"民间奇葩"、"本源艺术"。研究铜鼓村民间绘画的成功经验,可以促进民间美术传承教育得以发展和提高,同时对专业美术的发展、提高将会产生积极影响。

Tonggu village is famous for its folk painting both at home and abroad. It was named as ＂The Village of Modern Chinese Folk Painting＂ by the Ministry of Culture of the People＇ s Republic of China, and was called ＂folk exotic flowers＂ and ＂original arts＂ by scholars. The present paper believes that research into the successful experiences of folk painting at Tonggu village might promote the development of folk arts inheritance education.
