无痛人工流产术中不同麻醉方法比较分析

Comparison and analysis of different methods of anesthesia in painless induced abortion

目的探讨无痛人工流产术中不同麻醉方法的麻醉效果。方法选取2010年11月~2011年11月间于我院接受无痛人工流产术的患者72例,随机分为利多卡因组、丙泊酚组、丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼组三组,比较分析三组不同麻醉方法的麻醉效果。结果丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼组患者麻醉的总有效率为100.00%,明显高于丙泊酚组的91.67%和利多卡因组的79.17%（P〈0.05）;丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼组患者术中收缩压与术前比较明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of different anesthetic methods in painless induced abortion.Methods 72 patients who received painless induced abortion in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into Lidocaine group,Propofol group,Propofol combined with Remifentanil group.The anesthetic effect of three different anesthetic methods were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of Propofol combined with Remifthentanil group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of Propofol group（91.67%） and Lidocaine group（79.17%）（P 0.05）.Systolic blood pressure of Propofol combined with Remifentanil group decreased significantly after surgery（P 0.05）.Conclusion The propofol combined with remifentanil used in painless induced abortion has a significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
