摘要 目的探讨对流动采血车护士实施绩效考核管理的方法,提升护理质量和护理管理水平。方法选择2011年1月~2011年12月在流动采血车工作的21名护士为绩效考核研究对象,将初次考核结果和末次考核结果进行比较,分析评价。结果献血者对采血车护士满意度考评初次为93.23%,末次考评为96.90%,各种采血登记表抽查合格率初次为90.48%,末次为99.48%,对献血员追踪回访完成率,初次为95.88%,末次为100.00%。两次考评结果差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施新的绩效考核管理方法 ,能激发护理人员工作积极性和责任感,明显提升流动采血车护理质量和护理管理水平,是一种科学的管理方法。 Objective To investigate ways in performance appraisal of bloodmobile nurses and to promote nurse care and nurse management.Methods During Janurary to December in 2011,21 cases of nurses working in bloodmobile were enrolled in the research.The appraisal results were compared and analyzed between the first and the last time.Results The satisfaction degree of first time in blood donors to nurses working in bloodmobile was 93.23%,while the last time was 96.90%;the first time qualified rate in random inspection to each blood collection registration form was 90.48%,while the last time was 99.48%;the first time completion rate in track follow-up to blood donors was 95.88%,while the last time was 100.00%.The statistical difference between each group was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Applying new ways in performance appraisal would inspire the enthusiasm and the sense of responsibility in working,and can promote nurse care quality and nursing management obviously in bloodmobile which is a kind of scientific management.
