PDCA护理管理对白血病患者PICC护理效果影响

Effect of PDCA nursing supervision program to nursing efficacy of PICC on patients with leukemia

目的分析PDCA护理管理程序对白血病患者PICC护理效果的影响。方法选择104例白血病化疗患者,随机分为对照组及护理组,两组患者均行PICC,经PICC化疗,对照组患者给予常规PICC导管护理,护理组患者采用PDCA护理管理程序进行PICC导管护理,比较两组患者PICC留置时间及并发症发生率。结果对照组患者PICC导管留置时间(116.0±15.4)d,护理组PICC导管留置时间(139.0±17.6)d,护理组PICC导管留置时间长于对照组。对照组导管感染性并发症发生率34.6%,非感染性并发症发生率15.4%,护理组导管感染性并发症发生率15.4%,非感染性并发症发生率3.8%,护理组导管感染性并发症发生率,非感染性并发症发生率均低于对照组。结论 PDCA护理管理程序能够降低白血病化疗患者PICC导管并发症的发生几率,改善PICC应用效果,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of plan-do-check-action（PDCA） nursing supervision program to nursing efficacy of peripherally instered central catheter（PICC） on patients with leukemia.Methods 104 cases of patients who would be taken chemotherapy for leukemia were selected and randomized into control group and nursing group,patients in control group were taken usual care,patients in nuring group were taken PDCA nursing supervision program,retention time of PICC and incidence rate of complication were compared between control group and nursing group.Results Retention time of PICC was（116.0±15.4） days in control group and was（139.0±17.6） days in nursing group,retention time of PICC was longer in nursing group than in control,incidence rate of infection complication was 34.6% in control group and 15.4% in nursing group,incidence rate of no infection complication was 15.4% in control group and 3.8% in nursing group,incidence rate of infection and no infection complication was lower in nursing group than in control group.Conclusion PDCA nursing supervision program can decrease the incidence rate of PICC in patients with leukemia,and improve applied effect and quality of care.
