摘要
目的探讨目标管理在临床护理管理工作中的实施与效果。方法96例行扁桃体摘除术患者在临床护理管理过程中实施目标管理,比较实施目标管理前后患者的疾病知晓率、护理满意率、护理工作投诉情况,以及护理质量的变化。结果实施目标管理后,患者的疾病知晓率及护理满意率显著提高(P<0.05),患者对护理工作的投诉较实施目标管理前显著减少(2起对11起,P<0.05);护理质量较前有显著提高,无一例护理差错发生。结论在临床护理管理中实施目标管理能够有效提高护理工作质量,增强护士的积极性,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of management by objectives（MBO） in the application of clinical nursing supervision.Methods 96 patients underwent tonsillectomy were applied MBO in the clinical nursing supervision,the awareness of the disease,the satisfaction and complaint of nursing care for patients before and after MBO were compared,and the changes in quality of nursing care were also observed.Results After applying MBO,the awareness of the disease and the satisfaction of nursing care for patients were statistically improved than before（P 0.05）,the complaint of nursing care for patients was decreased than before（2 cases vs 11 cases,P 0.05）;the quality of nursing care was significantly enhanced,and no one case of nursing error occurred.Conclusion Applying MBO in nursing supervision can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,enhance the activity of nurses and improve the satisfaction of patients.
