住院药房因承担全院住院患者的用药,储存了大量药品,因此,保证所有药品质量显得尤为重要。我院根据药品管理要求并总结经验,通过药品库存管理、特殊药品管理、拆零药品管理、药品退回管理、多余药品管理、备用药品管理等几方面加强药品质量管理,确保患者用药安全。

Hospital pharmacy has assumed the full-hospitalized patients medication.It saves a lot of drugs,so it is particularly important to guarantee the quality of drugs.According to hospital drug management requirements and lessons learned,our hospital strengthen the drug managemnet through drug inventory,special drug administration,dissolution drugs,returned drugs,excess drugs and spare medicines management,in order to ensure medication safety of patients.
