应用Tei指数测定妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿心功能的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究探讨Tei指数测定妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇胎心功能的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2009年3月~2011年3月GDM孕妇30例,设为观察组A;选择同期糖耐量异常得到良好控制的孕妇34例,设为观察组B;同时选取40例孕检健康的孕妇,设为对照组,均采取多普勒超声进行检查,观察比较三组孕妇的胎儿左心室和右心室Tei指数,进行统计学分析。结果观察组A胎儿左心室和右心室射血时间明显比观察组B、对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组B与对照组胎儿的左心室和右心室射血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组A的胎儿左心室和右心室Tei指数明显比观察组B及对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组B与对照组的胎儿左心室和右心室Tei指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论应用Tei指数测定GDM孕妇胎心功能具有较高的敏感性,能有效地为临床诊治妊娠糖尿病提供科学的依据,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study the clinical application of Tei index in determination of fetal cardiac function in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) pregnant women.Methods 30 cases of GDM pregnant women treated in the authors' hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 were chosen as the observation group A;34 cases of pregnant women who achieved good control of glucose tolerance impairment were chosen as the observation group B;40 cases of healthy pregnant women were chosen as the control group.All three groups were given Doppler ultrasound examination to observe and analyze fetal left ventricular and right ventricular Tei index.Results Fetal left ventricular and right ventricular ejection time of the observation group A were significantly shorter than those of the observation group B and the control group(P 0.05);fetal left ventricular and right ventricular ejection time were not significant differences between the observation group B and the control group(P 0.05).Fetal left ventricular and right ventricular Tei index of the observation group A were higher than those of the observation group B and the control group significantly(P 0.05);fetal left ventricular and right ventricular Tei index between the observation group B and the control group were not significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Tei index has high sensitivity in determination of fetal cardiac function in GDM pregnant women and can effectively provide scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of GDM,thus it has important clinical significance.
