婴儿添加辅食与微量元素铁、锌关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨添加辅食与婴儿体内微量元素Fe、Zn含量的关系。方法将2009年10月~2011年10月来自我院儿保门诊的1 000例4月龄婴儿随机分为两组,观察组规律添加辅食,对照组无添加或不规律添加辅食,动态取耳血测量微量元素Fe、Zn含量进行对比分析。结果婴儿4月龄时观察组与对照组微量元素Fe、Zn含量无明显区别(P〉0.05),9月龄观察组婴儿体内微量元素Fe含量(488.4±12.7)μmol/L,Zn含量(6.9±0.6)μmol/L,明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),12个月龄观察组婴儿体内微量元素Fe含量(556.3±20.3)μmol/L,Zn含量(7.0±0.4)μmol/L,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在婴儿4月龄后,按时规律添加辅食无论对母乳喂养还是人工喂养的婴儿都有必要。 Objective To discuss the relationship between complementary feeding and concentration of trace elements Fe and Zn in infants.Methods 1 000 cases of 4 months old baby from our hospital child health care from October 2009 to October 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 500) and control group(n = 500).Experimental group were complementary feeding regularly,the control group with non complementary or irregularly feeding the concentration of Fe and Zn were measured actively.Results At 4 months old,the concentration of Fe or Zn were not significantly different(P 0.05).At 9 month old,the concentration of Fe in experimental group was(488.4±12.7) μmol/L(P 0.05),and Zn was(6.9±0.6) μmol/L(P 0.05),At 12 month old,the concentration of Fe in experimental group was(556.3±20.3) μmol/L(P 0.05),and Zn was(7.0±0.4) μmol/L(P 0.05),they were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion Complementary feeding to infants after 4 month old are necessarily.
