训练对血清睾酮、皮质醇与促卵泡激素水平的影响 被引量:21

THE TRAINING EFFECT ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM TESTOSTERONE,CORTISOL AND FOLLICLE-STIMULAING HORMONE IN MALE ATHLETES

摘要 测定7名游泳运动员在训练期前、训练1.5个月后、训练2.5个月后的血清睾酮、皮质醇及FSH。发现:在整个训练期,血清睾酮水平呈上升趋势,而血清皮质醇、FSH水平明显下降,睾酮/皮质醇比值明显增加。 The levels of serum testosterone, cortisol and FSH were determined in 7 swimmers before training period,after 1.5-month and 2.5-month-training. The results showed that the testosterone level increased while FSHlevels decreased (p<0.05). It appeared that suitable truining may increase the testosterone levels and it sug-gested that the negative feedback effect of the pituitary may be rapid and sensitive. The testosterone/cortisolratio increased, The increasing of the ratio were more significant than the increasing of testosterone or corti- sol individual value.
