摘要
针对钻机自动送钻的控制特点和传统 PID控制存在的问题提出钻机盘式刹车自动送钻的模糊控制方案。在计算机仿真研究的基础上确定采用钟型隶属函数 ,设计了以 80 5 1单片机为核心的自动送钻模糊控制器 。
A fuzzy control method for rig autodrilling was suggested instead of traditional PID control which was thought of present some disadvantage. On the base of computer simulation a bell membership function has been optimally decided. A fuzzy controller was specially designed with a single\|chip microprocessor mode MCS\|51 and the corresponding fuzzy control flow chart was given finally.\;[
