摘要
分析了涨圈高速旋转密封的主要失效形式及影响因素,在标准实验机和发动机模拟实验台架上对涨圈表面刷镀银锢铟铜合金和热喷涂PTFE的减摩耐磨性能同磷化处理进行了比较。结果表明刷镀铟铜合金能够改善涨圈摩擦副的摩擦状态而热喷涂PTFE使摩擦状态恶化。
The major failure forms of piston ring rotating seals in high-speed engine are analyzed. The tribological properties of brush plating indium- copper alloy ring and hot spraying PTFE ring are compared with the properties of bonderite ring. Results show that foe brush plating indium -copper alloy is able to improve frictional state of the ring and the hot spraying PTFE will deteriorate the frictional state of the ring.
