质谱技术在卵巢癌血清多肽分析过程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过C18 ZipTip脱盐的方式,去除血清中的盐和脂类影响,直接进行质谱分析,采用700-3300Da的扫描范围,获得高质量的血清多肽图谱。实验结果表明,C18 ZipTip处理血清样品,是一种操作简便,重复性好,样品消耗少,有希望实现自动化的血清样品前处理方法。通过该方法对比正常小鼠和诱导产生卵巢癌小鼠的血清样品进行分析,发现了一系列在多肽在两组血清中存在差异,进一步研究将为卵巢癌的疾病诊断标志物发现提供了参考。
