摘要
文中介绍应用CCD线阵器件在线检测动态行走石英管直径的方法、光学系统及电路系统软硬件设计原理 ,对测量误差及提高精度的措施进行了深入分析。
The quartz tube is on the move state in melt quartz drawing manufacturing. This paper introduces the meted of measuring move state quartz tube diameter using line CCD as detector. Optics system and measuring system hardware and software are described in detail. The paper analyzes the measurement error and the measures of improving precision also.
