摘要
伴随着国家高等教育的持续创新发展,各高校迎来了新的发展机会,高校所拥有种类过多、档次更高、数量更多的仪器设备,为了使高校仪器设备在培养人才、科学研究以及服务社会中发挥应有的作用,各高校都在探索及完善自身的仪器设备管理体制。本文结合南京航空航天大学仪器设备的现有管理水平,将从仪器设备管理制度、人员队伍的建设、仪器设备的报废、仪器设备管理的信息化等方面着手分析与探索,从而提高仪器设备使用的效益。
With the continuous innovative development of nation-wide education, each university has ushered in a new development opportunity, colleges and universities have a plethora of different types, higher grades, a greater number of equipment. Each university has its own distinctive ideas and measures in how to properly manage and use these instruments and equipments and bring them into perfect play in the talents training, scientific research and social service. In this paper, the existing level of management of the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics equipment from the equipment management system will help us analysis and explore more perfect managements to improve the use of equipment benefits from staff teams building, equipment, scrap, equipment management, information technology and other aspects.
