With the development of society,English has become more and more important.But the current college English teaching mode doesn ’ t meet the needs of the society.As college English teachers,what we can do to change this situation? This paper will briefly introduce some tips on the innovation of college English teaching mode in terms of leadership,self-skills improvement,setting up English environment and so on.
