摘要
本文首先介绍注塑CAE技术在优化模具结构设计和注塑成型工艺参数的强大功能,阐述MPI在注塑成型技术中的应用和注塑CAE的研究历程和现状。重点介绍了在MPI使用过程中对模型的前处理网络编辑的一些方法与技巧,并利用具体的事例来进行注塑成型过程中的诸如流动、取向、结晶、保压、冷却、翘曲等模拟分析。
First, the powerful functions of injection molding CAE on optimization on design of mold structures and process parameters of injection molding are introduced in this paper. On the top of them, the Application of MPI on injection molding is introduced. The history of research on CAE injection molding of is also reviewed. Some methods and skills, to edit mesh in preprocess during the application of MPI are emphatically described. A sample about Application of MPI is given, which is implemented into MPI. Simulation analysis such as flow, orientation, recrystallization, packing, cooling and warpage are accomplished.
