摘要
本文对形状复杂的离心器盖零件进行了冲压成形工艺性分析，主要针对零件中间凸包成形工艺的难点问题，采用DYNAFORM分析软件进行了数值模拟分析，确定了采用两道工序来成形中间的凸包。实践证明：离心器盖工艺制定合理，产品质量满足生产要求。
The cover board of centrifuges with complicated shape was analysized on forming process. The difficulty of stamping technology is the raising forming in the middle of the part. By analysising forming technology and using numerical simulation, two working procedure are designed to raising forming. The factory practice indicated the process was feasible; the conformation was compact and quality met the production requirements.
