摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,大功率高频变换器将逐步进入到传统中小功率工频变压器在变电技术中的应用场合,并有渐行取代的趋势。作为变换器中一个非常重要的部分,磁性元件也因其特殊性而越来越受到人们的关注。因为它既不同于传统小功率的电子变压器,也不同于传统的工频变压器。对其进行优化设计将对整个变换器的设计都有重要的参考意义。论文针对一个50kW高频变压器,提出了具体的设计方案,设计思路,基本设计原则,并对包括磁芯选择,绕组损耗与铁芯损耗的合理分配,线圈匝比,绕组线径,铜箔厚度的选定等问题,都做了系统的分析,总结出了一些相关设计经验。最后通过仿真与试验测量验证,证明了理论分析的正确性和设计方案的可行性。
With power electronics technology development, high power high-frequency converter develops very fast. In the converter, magnetic component is the key design point, how to design and optimize it confused many engineers. In the thesis, the author will use two transformers design processes to put forward the design principles of this kind of transformer, including core choosing, core loss and winding loss distribution, turn ratio, wire diameter and foil thickness optimization. Finally, using simulation and test, it verified the theoretical analysis. The optimized design method can be popularized.
