摘要
After analyzing the causes of the leaking of the heat-exchanger in hydrogen cracking unit of Shengli Oil-refinery Plant,in reference to tht leaking incidences happened in the past few years,the authors reached the conclusion:the main causes of the leaking happened in the past few years are of the low value of torsional moment of the screw bolt,and the over-deformation of the separating plate.The problem is solved by correcting the value of torsional moment of the screw bolt,and changing the separating plate according to its original size.This aproach has been successfully carried out after testing the air-tightedness under high pressure.
