摘要
本文采用定量和定性两种分析方法,对中国学习者英语语料库中290篇作文的语言错误进行分析。结果显示:(1)错误频率最高的是词汇错误,其次是词形错误;(2)作文语言错误的数量与写作质量负相关;(3)不同学习层次学生及不同写作水平学生所犯语言错误的数量差异非常显著。本文从语际因素和语内因素两个方面探讨了语言错误的原因。研究结果对大学英语教学有一定启示作用。
This thesis makes both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the language errors of 290 compositions in Chinese Learner English Corpus (CLEC). The main findings are as follows : ( 1 ) the most frequently occurring lan- guage errors are lexical errors, the next are spelling errors; (2) there are negative correlations between language errors and writing quality; (3) there is a significant difference in language errors made by students of different learning levels and different writing ability. The causes of language errors are identified from interlinguistic and in- tralinguistic perspectives. Finally, the research results are believed to be of great help to college English teaching.
