摘要
在铝合金车体结构有限元建模过程中,往往通过车体的三维设计图转换成有限元模型。在有限元模型中,需要对车体的壳体结构进行大量的抽取中性面处理,这种处理往往采用交互式操作,工作量大且易出错。本文以MATLAB为平台,研究了基于IGES文件的壳体结构批量抽取中性面问题,可对车体的壳体结构实现自动抽取中性面,提高了有限元建模的效率。
In the finite element modeling process for aluminum-alloy vehicle body structure, the finite element model was often converted by the design drawing of the three-dimensional body. In the finite element model, a lot of neutral surfaces for the body of shell structure needed to be extracted. The treatment often used interactive operation, but the work load was heavy and error-prone. In this paper, it was studied on neutral surface extraction of shell structure based on IGES with MATLAB platform. The operating procedures were automatic to extract the neutral surface of body shell structure. The efficiency of finite element modeling was enhanced.
